Day 01: Kathmandu – Lhasa (Flight):
Flying for about an hour over the panoramic Himalayan Ranges to the capital of Tibet “Lhasa” at an altitude of 3,650 meters, is situated on the north bank of Kyichu River. Lhasa in Tibetan means “Place of the Gods”, the residence of the Dalai Lama. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02: Lhasa Sightseeing:
Visiting the Jokhang Temple, situated in the heart of old Lhasa, a golden Shakyamuni Buddha which was brought as a gift by the Chinese Princess. Overnight at Hotel.
Later in the day visit the Potala Palace, legendary palace built a top a single hill is synonymous with Tibet by the first foremost King Songtsen Gompa. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03: Lhasa Excursion:
Driving to Drepung Monastery, west of Lhasa, the largest monastery in the world, housing over 10,000 monks.
Sera Monastery, north of Lhasa, Lhasa’s prettiest monasteries also can be visited during Lhasa Excurision. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 04: Lhasa – Kathmandu (Flight):
Fly back to Kathmandu from Tibet.
